Yesterday was SUCH a fun day! Perry, Livie, and I went out on some fun adventures starting just after noon. I was actually ready to go before Perry was (that's a first - haha!)
Our first stop was Applebee's. Perry was starving & he wanted to grab a bite to eat. We sat Livia up in a little high chair, and she was SO GOOD! She chattered, snacked on french fries - she was the best baby we could've asked for.
After we left Applebee's, it was off to CMOE - that's the Children's Museum of Evansville

Here's a photo of the big ole' dinosaur right across the road in the parking lot. Perry snapped every one of these pictures for me! I had baby-boo in her little baby carrier, so the camera was just a bit much for me to handle.
Here we are standing outside the museum waiting in line. It was super busy because it was free and because it was also the kick-off for Evansville Moms. I think it's going to be something I'll really enjoy being a part of. :o)
Another one of me & Liv - she doesn't look too happy in this one, but she wasn't crying or anything...guess we just caught her in a funny expression.
See! She was all smiles! We only waited maybe 15-20 minutes out there. From what I heard, there were times when people were waiting for an hour or more.
And one last one of us inside the museum. This was a drum thing that beat to the rhythm of your heart rate. I even got it to work for Livia! It beat pretty fast (no surprise there)
After we left CMOE, we went to Home Depot. Livia stayed asleep the whole time we were in there! Then Perry had to make a couple of quick stops... and Livia woke up during the first. She let me know that she wasn't too tickled about being stuck in her car seat with the car not going anywhere...
I got her Grandma & Grandpa on the phone to talk to her, and the cell phone semi-pacified her until we got back home.
*Finally, I want to add one last thing. Yesterday Perry did one of my absolute pet peeves - left absolutely NO toilet paper on the roll. Did not replace it or even throw the empty roll away. Normally, I would have been on him like white on rice (as he says) but I just replaced it myself without saying so much as a word. Of coarse, I was biting my tongue the whole time - literally!*
Love to all and God Bless!

Looks like you guys had a ton of fun. Love the pictures! Too cute. :)
It looks like a fun day. You are a very beautiful lady and little Livia looks so much like you.
Hi Amanda
I have just come across your blog through reading Sheye's blog. I wanted to let you know that I thought your poem you wrote for Sheye about Ava was beautiful.
A very touching gesture indeed.
