Thank you all SO SO SO much for your sweet wonderful comments! Just wanted to respond to ya'll and answer some of the questions from up there...
Karen - actually, Jax is my parents' puppy, but we go out there all the time. Liv will get to love him as her own, I'm sure!
Tara - The pooch isn't really helping or hindering! Liv didn't even know he was there in truth - he just loved chasing the little ruffles on her bottom!
Kristen - someday I'm sure Jax will be a GREAT protector... right now though, he's still a bit clumsy & can't see well yet. Unfortunately for Livie, this resulted in a pretty hard hit from him later this day - she still has a mark on her head from it!
Elaine - Jax is SOOO fuzzy! Soft as baby duck down. But he also still has those sharp little puppy teeth!
Tan - I know! Jax scarcely looks the size of a puppy at all!
Jan - I think Liv was looking at some rocks. Don't know why, but she's fascinated with them. Jax is of course focused on Livie's little ruffle-butt!
