Yes, I am planning my sweet little daughter's 1st Birthday Party, and as you may have guessed... The Chosen Dress is the sweet little Polka Dot one! Do I need to remind ya'll what it looks like? OK!

I went to Factory Card & Party Outlet on a whim Monday just to look around, and ended up finding a whole bunch of cute stuff clearanced out. I bought almost all the supplies & decorations I'll need for just $18.00!
