Wordless Wednesday ~ Silver Linings
I took this photo several weeks ago, and it just happened to be on a day where things weren't going as well as I'd hoped - this was before I turned to God...
God has a way of making everything so much better. He will give us something wonderful in every day if we'll let Him! Every day in and of itself is a gift; perhaps that's why we call it the present.
Anyway, on this particular day, in one moment, I knew this was His simple reminder to me that I could still make the day great. And it was!
And so is He. God is so Good!

Wordless Wednesday - Wordless Livia!
As of late, the only time my sweet little Livia isn't talking, singing, or a combo of the two is when she's sleeping... So here she is - Wordless!
She actually fell asleep eating at her Grandma Trilby's - it was so sweet! And of all times, I didn't even have my camera on me. Luckily, my Mother-in-law did have hers handy & we were able to snap several sweet shots of Liv. She even stayed asleep while we moved her to a more comfortable location. How silently sweet!

Almost Wordless Wednesday - Splash Park Fun!
Last Friday, I took my daughter and Sebastian (my friend's little boy) to a Splash Park in Boonville - the area also had several playgrounds, a lake, picnic areas, gazebos, and more! They both had so much fun there, and I just wanted to share a few of the awesome pics I took of them...
As I said - just a little preview, as I have about 25 more from this day that I've edited as well!
Happy Wordless Wednesday to you all - have a great day and God Bless!

[Almost] Wordless Wednesday - Country Trafic Jams
So, has anyone out there ever wondered what could cause a traffic jam out in the country? Wait - that's not even possible, is it?
Well, I didn't even think a country traffic jam was possible... Until THIS happened:
One of the cows somehow escaped from the fences, and she decided that standing in the road was exactly where she wanted to be. So how much of a hassle did she cause?
Not much to be perfectly honest. It just involved me, my parents, & my Uncle Von (aka Marlboro Man over at The Farmhouse Kids blog) My parents car is the one in the picture, I was right behind them, then my Uncle Von parked behind me (so he could round up that cow!)
I know this picture was taken several months ago, but I laughed so hard when I came across it that I thought it's worth posting. Hope you all get a kick out of it too! Much love & God Bless.

Wordless Wednesday - Backyard Butterflies
And perhaps this goes against the "wordlessness" of this Wednesday post, but I wanted to share just a few quotes these creatures have inspired:
Happiness is a butterfly, which when pursued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. ~ Nathaniel Hawthorne
If nothing ever changed, there'd be no butterflies. ~ Author Unknown
I saw a poet chase a butterfly in a meadow. He put his net on a bench where a boy sat reading a book. It's a misfortune that it is usually the other way round. ~ Karl Kraus
Beautiful and graceful, varied and enchanting, small but approachable, butterflies lead you to the sunny side of life. And everyone deserves a little sunshine. ~ Jeffrey Glassberg
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. May you all have a wonderful day, take care & God Bless!
All my love,
Amanda

Another Wordless Wednesday
Featuring: "Farmland" Reflections... Yes, those really ARE fields in both pics. Thanks to all the rain we've had lately, they look more like lakes right now, though!
